Access Application from another PC within a network

Hi All,
I have installed latest wamp server (2.1e) with php 5.3.5.

Now, i need to do 2 things:

1-Access my application from another PC within a network using ip address of the machine. But, i don’t know how to configure wamp to make this happen.

2- I want to load mssql extensions, but i am getting errors when restarting my apache. It says “PHP Startup: unable to load dynamic library ….. the specified module could not be found.”

Please, see attached httpd.cong & php.ini files.

Please, advice.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

what do you mean host file of that PC ?

I am trying to access the application by writing this in the URL:

http://ipaddress/myapplicationFolderName/

but i am getting a blank page.

Thanks

@PprakashMar 02.2011 — when i access it works but dispaly eero page not found. is it right

@themoonauthorMar 02.2011 — No,

I am getting HTTP 403 Error Forbidden.

"The website declined to show this web page.".

According to my knowledge, there is away to configure apache in the httpd.conf file to accept access from another client within a network via http.

That's why i have attached it.

Regards

By default that is how apache is configured. Is it possible you have a firewall running that is messing up the connection? Are you on the same subnet (ex 255.255.255.0)?

Success!
