Interactive scroll image

I have to develop a site one of its functionalities is a image which must have horizontally scroll and also this image must be interactive.

The image is 1500 px wide and its container windows is 600 px wide, so for this reason is the scroll, and some zones of the image must be interactives (clickables).

Does anybody knows some code to do that? I don't know how to begin.

It looks like you have started developing sites without studying the elementary HTML, CSS and JavaScript languages. Is it possible for a developer to have never heard about the [B]MAP[/B] and [B]AREA[/B] HTML elements and the [B]overflow[/B] CSS property?
