Outlandish SEO strategy – will it work?

I have a site that I have content on that is viewed by private members. Right now, this content isn’t indexed, which severly hurts the site because we have content, but since its private, its not indexed. The reason for the site to require login is merely to have a userbase, not to protect the content in any way. So I came up with this idea.

If you visit the page and are not logged in (i.e. Googlebot and any search engine visitors), then the site they visit will have some text explaining the site stating that they should login to view the content. This is in fact misleading because if they were to keep scrolling down, they would see the content. Okay, problem solved, except for all this additional “Please login, this is what our site is about” junk that would appear on everypage for googlebot, screwing up SEO keyword density and such. Since I would prefer this content not be a part of this page, could I simply place it in an iframe?

This way, my SEO on the page will not be affected by extra words and duplicate content. Only the page content itself is seen and the site has the appearance of requiring a login, but not neccesarily.

I think this is the same strategy as experts-exchange.com, minus the iframe part. When you stumble on their site from google and are not loged in, you get this long bit of content trying to get you to pay for the site, but in actuality, the content is below if you keep scrolling

@ncblazekauthorFeb 12.2011 — Well, I implemented the strategy...check it out at http://www.lampformyfeet.org

Its pretty slick...the iframe fits in nicely! You can't even tell it is an iframe!

I am trying everything I know of for SEO strategy on this site. Do you see any other tips or stuff I am missing?

Why do you want to do that.

Maybe to avoid people like me! ? I followed the link and Saint Valentines day was at the center of things. Saint Valentines day is really a Pagan event called Lupercalia, but had it been mentioned that would have been an interesting key word too.
