Help needed to create a gallery on ebay template

Hello everyone,
I am trying to add a gallery section on ebay template; the one with thumbnail images line up and main enlarged picture shows up above it as you hover mouse over thumbnail images.
As ebay does not allow using javascript, the only way to do this, would be either by adding CSS coding onto html or just html itself.

Can anyone please help?
I greatly appreciate your time and help!
