Ok, so what I want to do is have a radio button with the option of bill me, and Credit Card. What I want to do is if the user clicks on bill me, the appropriate form with text boxes would appear, the same thing in the credit card area too, with another check box in the bottom that says “I will call with my credit card info” to be optional. If y’all can redirect me to a website with the tutorials on how to do this, it would be great.

@tirnaJan 28.2011 — ok, try the w3schools forms tutorials as a starting point. Have a go at building the form you need. You might have to work through some of their other tutorials as well. If you get stuck, post your code and we can try to help you get it working.

It doesn't have to be. All you need is a set of radio butons that send the value for that button to a function which then displays the appropriate form for the sent value.

Post the code you have so far.
