Find files in a folder based on user input

Hey guys,

Ik have a folder that contains multiple .pdf-files.
Every file starts with a date. I would like to select a date with three drop-downs. If the date is set it must show every file with that date.

I created the three drop-downs with the select-tag. Now the input must be put together and after that it must find the files.

So this is what I have ’till now:

-Three drop-downs.
-searched Google and figured that I must use the glob() function to find the files.

Problem is I don’t know how!
