jQuery: XML to <ul>

Hello.

I’ve been working with jQuery, and I have a function like so:

[code]
jQuery(data).find(“album”).each
(
function(i, e)
{
$(“#list”).append(“<li>”+jQuery(this).attr(“name”)+”</li>”);
}
);
[/code]

My XML looks like this:

[code]
<root>
<album name=”I”>
<album name=”A”>
<album name=”1″>
<album name=”a”></album>
</album>
</album>
</album>
</root>
[/code]

How could I write a recursive function to iterate through the XML, so as to output

[code]
<ul>
<li>I
<ul>
<li>A
<ul>
<li>1
<ul>
<li>a</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
[/code]

Thanks in advance for your help.
