Small tooltip

I am currently looking for a simple jQuery tooltip with a small script, one that opens the tooltip and another function that exits the tooltip and makes it dissapear, im sure this can be done with just a few lines but most tooltips require all sorts of libraries, does anyone know how to do this?

If OP cannot find something there, then it may not be a tooltip he requires. :eek: ?

Note: A simple 'title' attribute is available in HTML.
