Issue in Resize image result too much low

Hello every one here is prob after resize the image
when i resize my image and made its thumbnil then result is 0 i m working in php tell me how i can made its thumbnil and get 100 percent result or i can do this in other script plz deifine hole process or code i will b thankfull to you for this kindness have a great day programmer ?
