script for updated webpage

Hi, does anyone have a script to be able to send an automatic email once my webpage has been up dated?
my web building prog had this feature but now it is de-activated. The one I had enabled anyone to receive notice of any update if they clicked a box on my site. Thanks, 2cvtools.

@Khalid_AliDec 20.2003 — It seems like a better option for you will be to use server side scripting languages such as JSP,PHP etc to get this done.....
