Dynamically generated questions based on previous responses

What I would like is some prebuilt JavaScript (or jQuery) that can generate a question, and then provide the next question based on my answer to the first, and so on. Preferably, this should have animation, and drop down underneath.

Anybody kow where I can find such code?

@ky0ungNov 05.2010 — if you want to store the answers to the questions, you can use a combo of php(or other server side language) and ajax.

But if you don't care about storing it, you could just make a bunch of if statements

That well may be. However unless we know what you have how would be know any of our improvements would not just be duplicate code? I don't want to waste my time re-inventing a wheel you already own!

What I want is something like this: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex16/formwizard.htm. This is good because it reveals certain parts of a form in an animated way. It's too linear, though.

Does anyone have similar applications?
