Form redirect question

Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to do a form redirect and open the redirect page in a new window? This is what I have in the HTML doc:

.. unless you want the form to submit to your own "action" page (processes form, then redirects form data to _gdForm/webformmailer.asp while displaying something else.)
