Configuring PayPal for digital download products

Hey guys,

I’m looking for a simple solution where i can add a PayPal buy now button and then after payment, have paypal send out an email to the customer with a user name and password and a link to a particular page with the product. Or does anyone know of a good way to deliver digital downloads after payment?

@jcoc611Oct 22.2010 — Well, for safety reasons what I would do is set a PHP that sends an email and point PayPal to it (tell PayPal to go to that page when the user finishes the purchase). But I guess that's not simple to achieve. I haven't really played around with PayPal but I would look for the safest option, is hackers and thefts we are talking about.
