[RESOLVED] What is SubVersion and how do I use it?

I have recently created a WordPress plugin. I submitted it to WordPress and they gave me a link to a directory powered by SubVersion.
I read several tutorials on SubVersion but I still don’t get it. Apparently only the creator can input files, but anyone can output files. I’m the creator, how do I input files?

WordPress told me that my directory is located here: http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/share-post/

But how do I enter commands?
