iframe source code problem

Well, I do have an iframe name=’test’
I do load dynamically to it via a javascript function a page. The page is loaded and displayw fine but when I do “view the source” I get a blank document! The problem is that in the display frame I have a close button but when I click on it I get back “object expected”. Obviously because it can not see the source any help will be appreciated. By the way, I load the dynamically generated page with “test.document.body.innerHTML=res;” where res is the source code generated.
Any help will be appreciated.
