PHP File Manager?

Hey, I have a client who wants to share internal documents, like engineering plans, with employees who are on-site, like on their laptops. I was wondering, do you guys know of a free PHP file manager with the following capabilities:

[LIST]

  • [*]

    Secure – files can ONLY be downloaded through the file manager, not http or otherwise


  • [*]

    Multiple users and priveleges – Admin can upload files, other users can ONLY download


    • [/LIST]

    It would also be nice if it was user-friendly and attractive, but that’s secondary. If a free file manager like this doesn’t exist, a paid one might be an option, but that would be a last resort.
