Swing object (pendulum effect)

How difficult is it to achieve such animation with jquery (or any other library for that matter). I have just tried many different ways, but none offers me a way to swing an div or img like a pendulum. (static top, swinging bottom)

Any advise or solution.

@FangOct 06.2010 — You can only use a drawn image or a series of images. A single image will not work.
