Adding Facebook Feed to your website

I’m guessing there is code that can accomplish this? But I’m having a hard time figuring it out, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here is my test homepage:

What I would like to do (for my “news” page) is replace the html splice code in the middle of the frame (currently an embedded youtube link) with code that would pull my facebook wall (with just my updates, the default, and not me and everyone).

That way I would never need to log in and update my html code on my site – instead I could just rely on facebook updates to feed news to those visiting my website.

Anybody know how to easily do this? Is it even possible or does facebook not allow it?

Thanks in advance.
