Creating PHP page in with PHP

I’m building a CMS and need to create php pages in php.

Example.
I need to generate a .php file and save it to the server.
But I need to do it from a PHP page in the admin panel.

Just look through those function names: You need to know what tools you have to work with, especially if you're dealing with building your own CMS.
