can any one help me?

We have recently started a new web sight, the computer which the sight was created has a korean language pack.

Every time some one goes to the sight to view it they are asked if they want to install a korean language pack (if they don’t have one).

how can i turn this off? it is atomatic and was never meant to be there. It doesnt effect the sight, people can still view the sight, but we would like the pop up to stop.

any help will be much appreciated.
