I’ve done a AJAX search on a site, it works perfect with all computers and browsers except for one one computer I’ve tried it on. That computer uses [B]Firefox 3.0.13
My script is based on the AJAX tutorial on w3schools, and Firefox on that computer don’t run the AJAX on wc3school either.
This is the code I’m using:

Javascript works in Firefox on that computer, and everything works just fine on IE on that same computer. So it’s just Firefox that does something wrong.
I can just upgrade that computer’s Firefox version and it will work. But I don’t want any problems for my visitors. So the best way would be if I can modify that AJAX function to work with that version of Firefox.
Not even the more simple AJAX examples at w3schools are working, like this one, nothing happends when I click on the ‘Change Content’ button.

So my question is if there’s any fix, codewise that will make it work in this version of Firefox. I’ve searched around a lot, but haven’t been able to find anything regarding this.
Other Javascript functions are working just fine in the same browser, so it’s not just that simple.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this problem?
