How a dicument tex of my pc to apear in my website

Hello to everyone
I have program that play music this program it make by self a document text which contain the name of the song that is play, every time the song change automatically and the document is change. The name of document is always the same the only that it change is the inside of document.

That i want is to make the text of document to appear in my page and when the song change automatically change and in my page does anyone knows how to do something like this ?

@Major_PayneAug 26.2010 — The only way to have the media file public is to set your computer up as a server. Your computer is not accessible by people on the Internet until you turn it into a server with a domain name. If you do not know how to do this, then the best way is to get a good free hosting site where you can upload the media and HTML files to allow people to play your video.
