Help for a novice

I’m wondering if there is a way to have a link go dead or disapear after it has been clicked once. Sorry if this is boring and mundane!!

@pyroDec 13.2003 — Actually, it will not use cookies at all. A cookie would only be useful if one browser would be used to access it. I'm assuming he wants this to be able to be accessed by multiple users. What you will want to do is write which names have been chosen to a file, and then just output the names that have not been chosen.
