html file in php

i want to create a new block for phpnuke

phpblock default code is this:

if ( !defined(‘BLOCK_FILE’) ) {

Header(“Location: ../index.php”);

die();

}

i create a html file with name index.html and upload it

now how can i write a code to show html file contetnt in php

i test this code:

[code=php]<?php

if ( !defined(‘BLOCK_FILE’) ) {

die();

}
include(“http://azarteam.com/tttt/jadval/index.htm”);

?>[/code]

but not work

and remember i dont want to copy html codes in php file
