suggestions for quicktime codecs?

i want to put video on my site using mov format, played with quicktime plugin. im using premiere to write mov’s. can anyone make some suggestions for codecs to use?

the first one i tryed was mpeg-4 but the files i was getting from that were like 30 mb at 360×240. sorenson cut the files in half but that is still too big. please help.

the video files are 1 min long.
