Probable Chinese hacker, need tips

Hey everyone. Got a security related question.
I have a web server set up on my personal computer (I use it to show projects/samples/work off to people, clients, etc). I’m using dyndns so I have some sort of host name instead of an IP. Tonight, I found an IP address that had made multiple requests for a page called judge.php (which doesn’t exist on my server). The full request is this: http://216.245.205.74/judge.php
It looks like some sort of tool to scan for vulnerabilities. I found out that the IP address originates in China.

I could use some tips on what to do to remedy this situation. Also, I would like to know if this is rather severe or if it’s just a simple probe to scan for open ports that I can safely ignore. Has anyone encountered something like this before? What is the best course of action?

Thanks in advance for any input on this situation.
