Adding an editor to website

I am interested in adding an editor to my website where visitors can edit templates that I provide. Something similar to what is on this site [url]http://www.buildasign.com/CustomSign…-signs?s=2&m=8[/url] Click on any sign and it will bring up what I am looking to do.
If anyone knows how to incorporate something like this it would be appreciated.

@importuneJul 26.2010 — These use complicated scripts that are not do-able with just html. You should try googling for a script that fits your specific needs. But, as they are fairly complicated, as stated before, they are also probably not free, or cheap. Feel free to PM me with specifics if you need help finding the specific script for your site.
