Need help at urgent

Hi Guys,

I need help in CSS as well as JS at urgent. I have to submit this site.

When I open this site in Firefox everything is fine but when it is opened in IE then the scroller at the top gets disturbed and its starts shaking instead of scrolling. You can see the change by opening the same site in both the browsers.

I know that I have to attach another stylesheet for IE. But I cannot get scroller into its original position . I am a bit weak at CSS. Kindly help me with this. I would be very thankful to you guys.

Kindly help me please. I am in great trouble and I have to submit this site at urgent.
