PHPBB issue

Guys,

I have installed PHPBB forum on my site, which works pretty well when i check it at my pc(local host)

But it doesn’t work on line and giving following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/content/e/c/h/echoapp1/html/forum/includes/functions.php on line 3450

As per my understanding if there is an error in file then it should not run at my PC either.I have uploaded/downloaded the forum folder several time over FTP…

Is it related to DB?

PS: I m just new to PHP.. pls help.
