comment/shout boxes

I am looking for an alternative to instacomment.com’s offering.

I really like the interface and the fact that it expands/collapses on the page, but want to run it on my own server, and have more flexibility in choosing attributes for the comment box, icon colors etc.

Has anyone seen something similar that is out there for download?
