Solve this problem

I have a select box name server.Under this select box another select box is working name package and there are another 8 field that are related to package select box.
When i select server select box then its related package appears in package select box.Now all i want to do is to pick up values against package select box by other existing field like package name,package price,package type etc. All of those value will be showed by textarea.
