Recommend secure FTP software?

Could anyone recommend a good FTP software for transferring my files from my computer to my host’s server? I know there’s filezilla but I read somewhere that it’s not that secure, so I’m a bit lost as to which program to get. I don’t have pots of money so can’t really afford to spend loads, but equally I want ot know I am getting sFTP.

Any suggestions or experiences with any software out there?

Note the differences between the following:

FTP over SSH (secure FTP)

SFTP

FTPS (FTP over SSL)


I use CuteFTP. It has a FTP with SSL option although I never use it.
