copy e-mails as html to other directory

My problem is… I have a script which reads all e-mail files directly from IMAP directory and copy them to other directory as html files. Now I can’t use it because I changed hosting company and there IMAP is on other server as my hosting account, so I don’t have path to IMAP dir like: “/home/helleshtern/imap/mydomain.com/helleshtern/Maildir/”

My question: is there any way to could read all e-mails from directory on external server and copy them to directory on my sevrer?
