Simple question

Hi to all!

Got nice and simple question..
I got this form :
<FORM ACTION=”/cgi-bin/test.cgi” METHOD=”POST” class=”style2″ target=”content”>

But,
I want test.cgi to be executed and AFTER that to open a link (an .txt file) in my frame.

By the way ,that .txt file is generated by test.cgi itself.

All that by pressing submit button.
How to do that?
