Changing Domain name

I have a domain which is around 5 years old, it has a good ranking for my keywords.

I have a new domain which is a better name (not for keywords but for company)
I’d like to start using my new domain name.

Am i going to get penalised for the fact the new domain is relatively new? even if i 301d everypage?

What can i expect?
