Web page misaligning when zoomed or viewed in lower resolution

I am currently building http://www.theofficephone.com the issue i am having is when you zoom in and the width is to big for the browser or right before it breaks the middle body of my site aligns to the left while everything else stays center. This is only an issue if someone decides to load the site with a low enough resolution to begin with for it to mis-align… easy way to see the problem is http://www.theofficephone.com and hit crtl ++ intell it breaks from being center to aligning to the left. if anyone has any advice or help let me know.

Thanks
