I am trying to make an ad management program like face book
using php and basic javascript

however that isn’t going well the problem i’m running into is i dont know how to accept payments from credit cards and i don’t want to use a 3rd party company like paypal or moneybooks

can anyone give me a little direction or point me to a ad management system that does (freeware preferred)

If you have paid hosting, you need a secure server and SSL Certificate. Also, your Control Panel should have lots of tools for setting up what yu want.

Do you want to create your own site service or just join to pay for your advertisement compaign? I am not sure of your question.
