Layer magic tips needed

I would like to take a table and make it hidden (only title shows) unless a link is clicked. Is this doable with layer tags alone? Or will I need some javascript also?

@sciguyryanJan 01.2004 — #Javascript can do it but, i would not use the ,LAYER> tags as they are only supported by netscape.

@aj_fedaykinJan 17.2004 — #use the div> tags and you can define within the tag visibility or was that the layer tag you talking about?
