How to avoid OffsetWidth returns 0

Hi..

in the followng code offsetwidh returns positive value when InnerChild framset
as follows
<FRAMESET NAME=”InnerChild” id=”InnerChild” COLS=”70%,30%*”>
<FRAME Name=”Frame1″ src=”some.html” >
<FRAME Name=”Frame2″ src=”some.html” >
</FRAMESET>

but when the frameset order changing as follows the offsetwidth is returning 0

<FRAMESET NAME=”InnerChild” id=”InnerChild” COLS=”70%,30%*”>
<FRAME Name=”Frame2″ src=”some.html” >
<FRAME Name=”Frame1″ src=”some.html” >
</FRAMESET>

can anyone guess why this is happening…?
