hover effect / mouseover table – painfully slow in IE

Hi guys,

any help will be greatly appreciated…

[B]The problem:[/B]
Hover effect is painfully slow IE (only IE) and table mouseover causes very high processor usage
When you move the mouse over table elements flash animation stutters[B]/[/B]pauses (making flash banners impossible)

You can see the page here: [URL=”http://investa.hr/fondovi”]fondovi[/URL] (there’s a flash animation on the right side of the page (light gray/blue color))

There are more than a dozen scripts executing on the page, when I remove the first of them ( put the line below in a comment) the problem disappears, along with all the JavaScript functionality...

Here's the problem line:

I have attached the problem file (jquery.js, renamed to jquery.txt so I can upload it):
