Best Place To Hire A Professional PHP Developer?

Hey everyone,

I’m just wondering if there are any good websites that i can hire a freelancer to do PHP work for me and my site. I’ve had a quick look around the web but would rather go on someones recommendation. It’s for a E-commerce site and they have to be trustworthy, efficient, and professional.

Also how much will i be looking to pay? Does it go on per hour or on a project’s requirements?
