Looking for html editor that will accept java or php

Looking for html editor box code to put on my website that will accept javascript or php that will add that code to a web page. Example:
I have an adserver that generates code, I want to set up zones on my website and have html editor boxes on an admin page that I drop my code in to change my ads. The current one I have is not accepting java script or php script, it keeps on changing the coding and putting things not needed or that change the script to make it not useable. I am sure that there is a solution out there.
