Billing Script NEEDED

Hello everybody,
pls i need help developing a custom billing script for a website am building…
i live in Nigeria and we dont use credit cards or paypal, so i need something that can generate numbers that would be sold to customers as membership cards, and the customers should be able to login with these numbers. i may not be very clear here, but please visit [url]www.jambutme.com[/url] and see a demo of what i am talking about.

@OllieBarnettMar 29.2010 — How are the cards sold? If you do not accept credit cards or paypal, what is the purpose of the billing script? Is this to invoice customers who have purchased unique pins? Would they be supplied with the pin and then invoiced or what?

I am not going any further than the first page of your site so you'll have to give me more detail. Sounds very simple

what i need is something that can generate unique pins and validate them when a user tries to login with the PIN.

additionally these PINs would have a number of times they can be used to login.

the idea of the whole thing is..

the user goes to the bank and makes payments, then the bank issues them these PINs which they will use to fill a form on my site and print out an invoice to prove they have made the payments.

the PINs have to be unique and have a certain number of times they can be used.
