include form via <a>

Hi, i would like to embed a form using a link, like:

<noscript><a href=”http://www.formspring.com/forms/?848708-HNGz6mKwab” title=”Online Form”>Online Form – ETF Survey – UK</a></noscript>

However, I don’t know how to do make sure that the form behind that pops up. This form should ask for an emailadress and when pushing “submit”, it should be registered like with <form action=…

Anyone who could help me out? ?

@Declan1991Mar 16.2010 — What do you mean, "embed a form using a link"? If you want a form, you will need to use the form tag, and a corresponding PHP (or any server-side language) page to send the email.
