age verification overlay?

I have a website i need a script for an age verification script, its going on the main page and will contain 2 buttons, HOwEver its overlaying the page and making the rest of the page dark, like litebox style, while they have to hit 18 or not. And it being remembered….ill throw some cash via paypal
