In need of help! (Upload Form)

Hello everyone

I’m building a website for a carclub. The members would like to be able to upload their own pictures to be shown at the gallery.
My problem is that I am very new to designing websites and has almost no understanding for coding.
I have tried to read various tutorials on the subject, but it wasn’t basic enough.
It’s pretty important I get this set up, so basicly what i need is a Step by step guide from the bottom and up on how to do this.
I use Serif Webplus X4 (A simple drag and drop Webdesign software).
So please help me out here!?

Looks something like this. Basiclly sends me a mail with a file. If someone could make me a from like this I would be very grateful!
