Delete form

Can someone please help me with this. My problem is i need to create a page with a list of name in a form. when you select the name it must post the name and ID in a confirm name page. On the confirm name page is a delete record form which gets info from the recordset. When you confirm the name it must post the name to the insert form on the insert page and delete the record from the server.

I got as far as posting the selected name to the insert form, but when I apply the delete record in dreamweaver, when one selects the name it deletes the record as soon as it opens the confirm page which contains the delete record script. Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong or where to look please

@SrWebDeveloperFeb 16.2010 — As for me, I admit I am confused. A link would be most helpful since numerous forms are involved. If you can't do that a couple of simple screen snapshots would be nice, or at least post a no-frills "easy to understand" example of the forms you're talking about.

I am NOT asking for code at this point, just a better understanding.
