Suggest free css software

Hi every one,

I required some free CSS software where I can create css layouts with ease, I know photoshop and I can produce great designs in photoshop but I need to convert all those into CSS layouts faster any software which can help in this process that would be great, please also refer paid ones.

Notepad (or Notepad++), Multiple browsers, and one to seventeen cups of coffee depending on how complex it is.

Semi-sarcastic post, but there is no good Photoshop to HTML software. I create all my designs in Photoshop, as well, just like you. You can just slice it up and send it out using some native photoshop or imageready functions (I don't know what they are because I've never used them) but you end up with complicated garbage source code.

You have to do it by hand in order to do good quality work.

Find a web developer and send them the design and some money (using paypal) and you will get a design back in css! I know a guy or two.
