Mysterious Header Margin

If you visit development.communityhopeschool.org with FF and IE you will see inconsistent top margins for the header div

I would like to have 7px space between the browser chrome and header div. Could someone reccomend a way to achieve this?

Thank you for your time

@ShipwreckauthorFeb 03.2010 — Really? Between the header div and the browser chrome, I am getting a 5px gap in IE7, and perhaps a 15px gap in FF.

Also, for some reason when I refresh Opera over and over again the gap seems to get larger and smaller, seemingly randomly...

Can you try and reproduce this error, and perhaps double check?

I have been wrestling with this all afternoon

Thank you

@FangFeb 03.2010 — Only Opera has a larger gap.
