Fonts size

Please help me I have a problem with Fonts size on my web pages.
I created a few websites with Dreamweaver. For some reason when I view my pages in different
Fonts size it changes the design of my websites, it make the website look completely unorganized.
The pages look better in smaller or medium font depending on the screen size. When I design my
pages I used tables, so I’m not sure what the problem is. I want, of course, for all viewers to see
my web pages the same way, regardless what font’s size they use on their computer. By the way, the websites are hqinstallation.com, starbizdesign.com, ilovetaxitv.com, cherylchapman.com if you want to see it for yourself.

@VladdyNov 28.2003 — Do not use tables for layout.

Define the size of text containg elements in ems.

Design graphics with flexibility in mind.
